From Graphic Design to Local Artist
I'm a fun loving and versatile artist based in and around Lancaster and Morecambe, in the north west of the UK. I passionately explore various forms of art and my versatile approach means I often work in various mediums.
My art journey began as a child, all I ever wanted to do was be an artist! People and, their facial features fascinated me, and I would often transform friends and family into comic characters and cartoons!
As an adult, I went on to study graphic design at Blackburn College, where I specialised in illustration and brand identity. Upon graduation, I was very proud to recieve The Agnes Eccles Art Charity Award in 2006, and for the past 25 years, I've honed my skills as a graphic designer, merging my love for art and design. Now, I'm thrilled to pursue my passion with a multidisciplinary approach as a local artist.

Living by the coast, I'm inspired by Morecambe Bay sunsets and landmarks like the Art Deco Midland Hotel. My current series of bygone days illustrations, including my Art Deco lido prints, fuses my passion for nostalgia with bold graphic styles. These vibrant illustrations, featuring Lancashire's landmarks and architecture are part of a growing collection of giclée prints and give a fresh perspective on classic themes.
